100% Optical @ London Excel

The Qik-Link team finished off a busy week with a successful install at the 100% Optical show at London's Excel. The client had a 102sqm stand that was far from a simple layout however we love a challenge! 

The event build was scheduled a day prior to the show opening so the team began the build at 10am working side by side with the stand builders. The client had requested carpet and edging to all four sides of the stand. Due to the requirement for rigging and a hanging banner this required constant communication and working in partnership with the stand building team as this was all arranged to happen in tandem. The Qik Link team also realised during the build that it would safe time and effort to change the electric cable to flat cable to allow it to run through the channels to the correct position saving time having to change ducts in the floor. 

 

Our clients were delighted that the floor install along with electric, rigging, hanging banner were all completed and ready for the remainder of the build to complete in under 2 hours. Our project manager Lisa commented 'Team work is a key strength of the Qik-Link team, from working alongside each other to other contractors we always find a solution to challenges and this build was testament to how efficiently we work'.
